About the course
Theatre provides a setting outside of the classroom for participants to showcase their theatrical skills, creativity, critical thinking, collaboration, and communication skills. In order for these objectives to be met, it is important to provide a safe environment for all participants in theatre. That is why the NFHS, in partnership with the Educational Theatre Association, has created the course Theater Safety. This course will help guide administrators, directors and all those involved in theatre, with the best practices for risk minimization. So take the course Theater Safety, available for free on the NFHS Learning Center.

NFHS National Coaching Credential
The NFHS Learning Center offers a 3-level national coaching credential that helps you gain knowledge you can use to provide a fun, educational, and a safer environment for your students.
This national credential was developed for individuals who are currently coaching or aspire to coach at the interscholastic level. The goal is to enhance the ability of the coach to better serve students, the school, the community, and the profession of coaching.
